In recent years, technology has also become\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">increasingly important in the world of\u00a0 sports and performance, with the emergence of\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">wearable devices, biofeedback tools, and digital tracking\u00a0 and optimization tools. While\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">technology has the potential to enhance performance, it is important to\u00a0 use it\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">responsibly and be aware of the potential risks and downsides.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In my life to technology has played a great role in accelerating my performance in all\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">areas of my life.\u00a0 Although I use wearables, and other digital tools I have been getting\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">maximum bang for my buck from\u00a0 binaural beats. Meditating daily to binaural beats with\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">subliminal messages has completely transformed\u00a0 my life. I have been meditating for half\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">an hour every morning and sometimes at night too, and the\u00a0 effects have been mind-blowing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2892 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/jayanthmurali.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/bht2-300x166.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"166\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.jayanthmurali.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/bht2-300x166.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.jayanthmurali.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/bht2.jpg 620w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The binaural beats take me deep into a state of relaxation and calmness that I never\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">thought was\u00a0 possible. I usually meditate to alpha or theta brain waves in the morning and\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">occasionally to delta waves at night. The subliminal messages have also helped me to\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">reprogram my subconscious mind with\u00a0 positive affirmations, which have had a\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">significant impact on my mindset and productivity.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The peace and calmness I feel after each session is unbelievable, and the effects have\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">carried over into\u00a0 other areas of my life as well. I find myself more focused and productive\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">at work, and I&#8217;m able to handle\u00a0 stress and anxiety much better than before. I feel more\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">connected to my inner self and my intuition,\u00a0 which has helped me to make better\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">decisions in my personal and professional life.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">While I know that the effects of binaural beats may vary from person to person, I can say\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">without a\u00a0 doubt that it has been a game-changer for me. I feel more centred, focused, and\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">productive than ever\u00a0 before, and I credit my daily meditation practice with binaural beats\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">for that. If you&#8217;re curious about\u00a0 trying binaural beats, I would highly recommend giving it\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">a try and seeing how it affects you.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Another technological tool which has helped me meet my running goals and keep me\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">running consistently is an app. I discovered the Strava app in 2019. At first, I used the\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">app to track my runs and\u00a0 monitor my progress. I was amazed at how easy it was to see\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">my pace, heart rate, and other metrics in\u00a0 real-time. This information helped me set goals\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">and improve my performance over time. I also started to join challenges and connect\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">with other runners on the app.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">One challenge, in particular, caught my eye. It was a monthly challenge to run a minimum\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">distance of\u00a0 300 kilometres. It seemed like an impossible feat, but I decided to give it a try.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">With the help of the\u00a0 Strava app, I was able to track my progress and stay motivated\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">throughout the month.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">At the end of the month, I completed the challenge and felt a sense of accomplishment\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">like never before.\u00a0 This success fueled my passion for running and I started to set bigger\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">goals for myself.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2893 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/jayanthmurali.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/bht3-300x179.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"179\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.jayanthmurali.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/bht3-300x179.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.jayanthmurali.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/bht3.jpg 530w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">I decided to start running a half or full marathon every week. Again, the Strava app was\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">my go-to tool for tracking my progress and monitoring my performance. The app&#8217;s\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">features allowed me to compare my\u00a0 current performance with previous years and\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">months, as well as with other runners I followed. This\u00a0 helped me to stay motivated and\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">challenged me to push myself harder every week.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The Strava app has been a game-changer for me. Keeping track of my runs, generating\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">stats, and\u00a0 challenging myself to take on new goals, have made me a consistent\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">performer and installed the habit of\u00a0 running into me. Without the app, I wouldn&#8217;t be able\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">to complete a half or full marathon every week or\u00a0 achieve a minimum distance of 300 km\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">every month. Technology has truly made a difference in my life,\u00a0 and I am grateful for the\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Strava app for helping me become a better and healthier version of myself.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Further, In both the money Moneyball and the book The Art of Learning, technology\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">played a key role in\u00a0 helping individuals achieve peak performance. The team&#8217;s\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">general manager, Billy Beane,\u00a0 hired a young economics graduate named Peter Brand to\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">help him identify undervalued players using\u00a0 statistical analysis. Together, they used a\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">computer program to analyze player data and identify players\u00a0 who were likely to perform\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">well based on their performance metrics, rather than relying on traditional\u00a0 scouting\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">methods.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The use of data analytics revolutionized the way baseball teams evaluated players and\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">helped the A&#8217;s\u00a0 achieved a remarkable level of success despite their limited budget. Waitzkin attributes much of his\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">success to his ability to learn\u00a0 and adapt quickly, which he developed through his training\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">in chess and martial arts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">One of the key strategies Waitzkin used to improve his performance was the use of\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">technology. He used\u00a0 computer programs to analyze his chess games and identify areas\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">where he could improve, and he used\u00a0 video cameras to record his Tai Chi Chuan Push\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Hands matches so that he could review and analyze his\u00a0 performance.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Waitzkin also used technology to improve his mental and emotional state.
