Instead, it’s about finding a sense of inner peace with who you are and how you choose to live your life each day. Step 3: Make changes in your life to eliminate the above – What changes can you make to eradicate those beliefs and mindsets?

An attitude of gratitude could be a key switch to creating a life that is good on the inside I had the habit of glamorising others’ lives and downplaying my own until it dawned on me that comparison is a thief of joy. I am yet to meet a successful person who is happy with his life. I have met successful people who continue to blame others for their failure or talk negatively about others or who feel that their life, despite crores, is not fulfilling because they are yet to acquire that red Ferrari and successful dads who think that other’s kids are doing better in studies than their own and some who are deeply dissatisfied because despite owning several businesses because they are unable to become an Adani or an Ambani. And several single friends who truly believe ” that all the good girls are taken.” But there are a few who we can count on our fingers who see life through the lens of gratitude. Even though everyone has a ‘story,’ it’s those who flipped the switch on the perspective and adopted an attitude of gratitude that have come out swinging and feeling damn good regardless of life’s circumstances. People who dwell with an attitude of gratitude for the thousands of blessings that come our way daily in little things cannot help but feel overwhelmed and beautiful inside which is palpable when we come across such beautiful souls.
